By participating in the Program, you, as the representative, agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms in their entirety, kindly refrain from registering as a representative or participating in the Program.
Approval or Rejection of Registration:
We maintain the right to approve or reject ANY Sponsorship Program Registration at our sole discretion. Please note that there will be no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Sponsorship Program Registration.
Representative Links:
While representative links are automatically generated, you also have the option to create a unique link. In the event that a person clicks on another representative's link and subsequently clicks on yours, your link will take precedence.
Commissions and Payment:
Refer customers to make purchases on our website, and you will earn commissions based on the Commission structure—10% for new customers, 5% for every subsequent order, and an additional 5% for existing customers.
To receive commissions, representatives must have a Wise account as specified in the payment settings of their account.
Marketing Tools:
We may provide you with promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions through the Marketing Tools tab.
Cookie:
Our system uses a cookie to track individuals who click on your team representative link. These cookies remain active for 30 days, ensuring that you receive commissions for purchases made by users who initially visited our site through your link.
Monthly Winners and Leaderboard:
Excitingly, each month we announce the top 3 winners for the previous month, with prizes ranging from merchandise to signed jerseys to cash. Please be aware that prizes are subject to change at any time without notice.
Ethical Promotion:
We emphasize the importance of ethical promotion. Any use of your link for sales generated through non-ethical practices, such as manipulative SEO marketing or excessive advertising, may result in prompt disqualification. This measure is in place to maintain fairness for all teams and preserve the integrity of the program. If disqualified, re-registration is required to participate again.
Content Sharing:
Should you share pictures or videos with us or on social media while being a part of the program, we reserve the right to republish your content on our social media accounts.
Tax Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the individual receiving the money to handle tax obligations. We are not liable for any tax-related responsibilities.
Shipping Fees:
* The shipping fees for the 10 free BioSteel team bottles are the responsibility of the representative.
* Any shipping fees for prizes won from our monthly prizes are the responsibility of the representative, if applicable.
Removal from Sponsorship Program:
